Complaints and Legal

If you ever have a complaint about the service you receive from us you should in the first instance raise that with us and we will work with you to resolve the complaint

If you remain dissatisfied with our final response or we take longer than 8 weeks to respond to your complaint, you may be able to complain to the Legal Service Ombudsman (LeO).  Clients who have a right to complain to LeO are individuals and, broadly speaking, small businesses and charities.  The full list of who has a right to complain is available on their website.

You must complain to the LeO either within six years of our alleged actions/failure to act, or no later than three years after you should reasonably have known there were grounds to complain.

You can contact the LeO by phone on 0300 555 0333, by email at: enquiries@legalombudsman.org.uk or by writing to them at: PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton WV1 9WJ.

Decision data on all legal services providers is also available on the LeO’s website.
